Ad agency Kabane tasked Prime Marketing with conducting a street recruitment campaign using brand ambassadors to contact computer programmers on behalf of its client Nightingale. Prospects were approached directly outside the offices of firms known to have numerous programmers on staff. Prime’s ambassadors were highly visible, approaching employees as they arrived for work to ask whether they were interested in receiving programmer job offers. Recruiters took down prospects’ contact information on their iPads and gave them a promotional gift. Several dozen names were collected during this original street recruitment offensive.
