PRIME Account Manager

PRIME is looking for a Project/Tour Manager for an upcoming North American promotional tour in 2019! We are looking for a fun, energetic person who loves to be on the move and thrives in social environments. Candidates should possess the strengths of people management, attention to detail, and organization.

PRIME MARKETING is a communications agency that has been offering non-traditional advertising services for almost 25 years. Specialized in field and event marketing (sampling, promotional vehicle design, tours, product launches, advertising stunts and fundraising), it serves several major clients across Canada.


Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Manage tour budget within guidelines presented to you by Account Director, planning & ideation
• Program management including effective time management, scheduling, booking venues/order supplies, and track program objectives
• Oversee production and delivery of promotional material
• Manage your team of field coordinators onsite to ensure smooth execution of each activation
• Manage logistics (supplies, set-up, teardown, & execution)
• Training coordinators, team motivation, delegation of responsibility
• Accountability of promotional vehicles, company trucks, and equipment/assets in field
• Track inventory each for event
• Complete post-analysis reports documenting event details, insights, photos, etc.
• Client communication & expectations
• Complete employee payroll bi-weekly
• Perform all other related tasks as needed

Knowledge / Qualifications 
• 4-5 year in field experiential marketing
• 1-3 years experience in client services and management
• Must possess a valid Class G driver’s license.
• Valid passport
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Word, Publisher)
Asset
• University Degree or College Diploma
• Experience with children
• Truck driving and/or towing experience
• Knowledgeable in Hockey and have an overall interest in sports
• Willingness to travel for extended periods of time

PRIME is looking for field coordinators for several upcoming promotional tours in 2019! Programs consist of both National and Toronto centric tours. We are looking for fun, energetic people who love to be on the move and thrive in social environments. Candidates should possess the drive to produce results, work well independently, and have great problem solving abilities.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
• Assisting the Tour Manager to ensure smooth execution of each activation
• Coordinate & manage logistics (supplies, set-up, teardown, & execution)
• Manage a team of 2-12 brand ambassadors/volunteers in all aspects
• Assist in training of new brand ambassadors and ensuring that after training staff are adhering to the key responsibilities of their role while at activations
• Take charge of team motivation and create positive atmosphere for BA’s
• Perform maintenance and inventory of the mobile activation trailer(s), promotional vehicles, company trucks, warehouse, and all other tour assets
• Complete post-analysis reports documenting event details, insights, photos, etc.
• Perform all other related tasks as needed

Knowledge / Qualifications 
• In-field experience as a team lead
• Must possess a valid Class G driver’s license.
• Valid passport
• Basic Microsoft Office
